Return Policy:

Shipping Damage:

We strongly suggest that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order. If there is any damage to your order, please call (508) 221-6015 or email us at gordonlasallewebsite@gmail.com  for further assistance.

Returning an Item:

  • If you feel the need to return an item, it must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it.
  • All exchanges must be pre-paid and returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please call our Customer Service department at (508) 221-6015 for instructions before sending any items.
  • No returns past 45 days.
  • CDs, DVDs, video tapes, sheet music, books, strings, computer hardware/software, drum heads, harmonicas, mouthpieces, sound cards, microphones, raw speakers, studio furniture, blank CDs/tapes or special orders are not covered by this return policy.

All orders paid by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Certifed Check or US Postal Money Order will be processed immediately. Personal and non-business checks are welcome but orders may be held for up to one week as to allow funds clear the banking system. Outside of the Continental United States please pay using U.S. Certified funds. We will also accept Bank Wire Transfer. Sales Tax
Massachusetts residents please add 6.25% retail sales tax to your orders. Include shipping and handling charges. Connecticut residents please add 6% retail sales tax to your order. Include shipping and handling charges.

Provided you've given us a valid email address, you should receive an Order Confirmation within seconds, letting you know we have received your order. Your will receive an email acknowledging your order has been processed and another when your order has shipped that will provide you with the carrier we have used for your shipment, the tracking number of your package(s) and the date of shipment. That way YOU can check on where your package is in transit and what day it will be delivered to you!

On a Deadline? 2-Day & 1-Day Express Delivery
Gordonlasalle.com offers discounted 2-Day and 1-Day Express Delivery service upgrades. Items that are too heavy or oversized will be shipped Ground delivery. Packages may require a signature. Please call (508) 221-6015 for details.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Welcome all Canadian musicians! Now you can buy your gear from gordonlasalle.com with the same ease as you would going to a local music store, only with way more selection and more than competitive prices! NOTE: Free shipping offers do not apply to Canadian orders.

PO APO & FPO Addresses
These orders are shipped Priority Mail using our standard shipping and handling charges. Certain items may not be shippable to PO, APO & FPO addresses. 2-Day Express and 1-Day delivery cannot be shipped to PO, APO or FPO address. Call (508) 221-6015 for more information.

International Customers
Gordonlasalle.com ships Internationally to all countries and territories that are accepted through the US Postal Service. Please email us for International shipping quotes at gordonlasallewebsite@gmail.com

For orders shipped outside of the United States - Please be aware of customs fees-such as "taxes and duties" that may be assessed by the destination country when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges, and may assess restocking fees to cover return shipping expenses. Neither outbound nor inbound shipping fees will be reimbursed in this case.

Refusal of Package Upon Delivery:
If upon attempted delivery of your order the package is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We will not refund outbound shipping and will deduct the amount of any shipping charges incurred to return the shipment to our location from any payment made by you prior to refund.
